Happy November everybody! Halloween is over, so that means I can officially get excited for Christmas…right?! Anybody else with me? Too keen? Okay.
Whether you already hear those sleigh bells ringing or not, November is going to be amazing. Think of it as your time to make big steps towards accomplishing your goals for the year – that way, when December rolls around and the holidays have you cheery and busy, you can bask in the glory of your accomplishments. No regrets here!
This month I’ll be sharing lots of Nutrition Knowledge Nuggets – informative posts on macro- and micronutrients and what you need to know to keep balance during the upcoming holidays. And of course I’ll be sharing some of my favourite healthy recipes as usual!
I’m also excited to delve into my latest cookbook – Thug Kitchen: The Official Cookbook. My amazing coworkers gifted me this book for my birthday, so I’ve decided to sample a few of the recipes and post my thoughts on the blog!
